Please don’t go. What they do is not to verify your insurance in advance. They will wait till you come in and collect something called”deposit” around 150-350USD. Then they ensure that you will get back the moment your insurance claims it. It was fine by me cause this had happened once before with some other doctor from Chinatown and I did get it back very quick. But this time 6months after my appointment and I have called my insurance many times and they told me they have paid for visit. They don’t know why the doctor still haven’t gave me back my deposit or why the doctor required deposit at all. I called the office 5times, 5 times they told me only manager can handled the deposit refund and the manager never there. I left my bank account info and no refund at all. I’m so exhausted I’ll report them to the insurance and visit their office daily from tomorrow for my refund. Please do go, make your life easier.

Everyone was kind and respectful. Dr. Chan was amazing! Got straight to the point and shared information with me along every step of the way. Very friendly staff. Very clean. I felt so comfortable, which is rare with me because I always had bad luck with all my gynecologist before. But I am so happy with the experience.

Dr. Li is wonderful! I wanted to get a second opinion on fibroid treatment and what kind of options I had available as medication didn’t seem to be helping. She did an ultrasound and found that the fibroid growing on my uterus was 2.8cm and not 2.2 mm as my previous obgyn had concluded which was why the medication wasn’t very effective. She immediately took a blood sample to ensure I was not anemic and we talked about the different treatments available. She answered all of my questions and together we outlined a clear path for fibroid treatment. In one day she gave me hope again and I’m so grateful for her knowledge and compassion!
